Position: Maintenance planner and site CA 维修计划员及承包商管理

Overview:
The Maintenance Planner role will contribute on maintenance job plan, working schedule, quality of work execution, availability of equipment. Improve availability of spare parts, safety of contractor work, cost efficiency (time to repair + quality of repair = lower costs).
• Uses current knowledge & documentation to develop job plans that facilitate maintenance productivity (ability to plan maintenance work, schedule effectively, utilization of labor, contractors, materials, and services) to ensure safe and quality of work execution.
• Work with operations personnel and functional support organizations to coordinate, prioritize, schedule maintenance work and to communicate availability of equipment.
• Manages materials in store and maintain master data in SAP.
• Owns and manages the contractor services process, ensure safe and effective utilization of site contractors.
• Improves documentation for future use to support continuous improvement of maintenance work execution.
Responsibilities:
• Review new work orders for planning by priority & create plans to meet execution timing communicated.
• Create effective job packages for planned work orders and ensure job plans and job packages are archived effectively for future use.
• Coordinate material & services availability.
• Mark work orders as Ready to Schedule once job packages are created, materials are kitted & available, and resources are verified.
• Initiate updates or creation of documentation (SAP Master Data including Bill of Materials, Procedures, etc..) based on gaps identified from planning and execution of work orders, or for new equipment.
• Reviews SAP PM to prioritize maintenance work needs to match equipment availability per the schedule.
• Works with operations leadership to determine when equipment will be available for maintenance work.
• Participates in Scheduling meetings.
• Identifies jobs that must be completed during TARs.
• Manages and optimizes MRO inventory.
• Responsible for input of site level MRO material master data.
• Responsible for the physical condition of the MRO materials and the system inventory.
• Manages contractor work including planning, preparation, scheduling, coordination, accomplishment, documentation.
• Supports performance evaluation and adjusts site contractor list as appropriate.
• Drive resolution of any payment discrepancies.
• Improves documentation of maintenance activities and equipment.

Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor or above major in mechanical/Electrical/Instrumental engineering related
• Working experience: 5 above years related working experience.
• Language: Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
