主要职能：
Manages assigned projects from start to closure;
负责管理所分配到的项目所有的环节，从项目开始到项目结束；
Work with engineering department, shipping, QC, Finance and Seattle teams to ensure project milestones are met;
与工程部，关务部，质检部，财务部及西雅图团队合作，确保项目的交付时间；
Oversee quality control throughout projects life cycle;
监管项目全过程的质量管控；
Identify and communicate to management any issues with vendors or vendors’ facilities;
及时发现并与管理层沟通关于供应商或供应商设备相关问题；
Sourcing vendors and materials from the most competitive supplier, which are required for the project;
根据项目需求寻找最具竞争力的供应商及材料；
Adherence to the Project Management process;
严格遵守公司项目管理流程；
All documents, quotations and files are in order and saved to server and stored correctly;
所有文档，报价单及资料保存有序并且存入服务器正确位置；
Take active part in company and department meetings, problem solving and continuous improvement management;
积极参与公司和部门会议，积极参与解决问题及持续改进管理；
Manage project communication timely through BC threads, and ensure all commentary is clear and concise；
通过BC及时进行项目沟通并确保所有描述清晰简洁；
Review QC reports and prepare production reports to ensure all issues are solved and clearly communicated to key stakeholders；
审查质检报告及生产照片，支持各个部门确保所有问题已经解决并清晰的传达给关键利益相关者；
Well aware of where each project is at a given time；
很好得了解所负责的各个项目进展状况；
Knowledge of all materials for each project being undertaken；
熟悉所负责项目的所有材料；
Ownership, management, supervision and facilitation of all assembly of raw and completed prototypes as well as quality control;
参与，管理，监督及促进所有样品的黑胚及最终组装；
Ownership, management, supervision and facilitation of the 3% review process, referencing the PM process;
根据项目管理流程，参与，管理，监督及安排产品3%检阅；
Utilization of company project management tools, software and systems to support the PM process and communication with Seattle stakeholders. (BC, Server, Wrike, Email, Wechat, Skype etc);
利用公司项目管理相关工具、软件和系统与西雅图进行沟通（BC、服务器、Wrike、电子邮件、微信、Skype等软件）；
Related tasks assigned by Head of project management and upper management.
部门领导及上级交代的其他任务。
Key Requirements:
任职要求：
At least bachelor degree in project management or related field;
本科及以上学历，项目管理类或相关专业；
Good standard of English in both spoken and written;
熟练的英语听说读写；
Over 3 years working experiences in related field;
3 年以上相关工作经验；
Good working proficiency with Basecamp or other project management software, Microsoft office.
精通Basecamp或其他项目管理软件及办公软件。
