岗位职责： 根据业务根据业务员或设计师提供的设计图纸和客户需求，负责制版、排料、工艺等环节，以确保生产出的服装符合客户要求和公司的标准。
对生产过程中的各个环节进行跟踪、监督，保证生产进度和产品质量。
与其他部门的沟通，确保制版工作的顺利进行。 岗位要求：
- 具备服装版师岗位的基本技能，有一定的工作经验者优先；
- 对服装设计、生产和版型认识深刻，有独特的见解；
- 熟悉流行趋势和市场行情，了解品牌定位和战略规划；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能与团队成员和客户进行有效的沟通和协调；
- 具有较强的抗压能力和抗风险意识，对版型和生产过程有较强的责任心。
- 具有良好的审美能力。
