- 负责收集面料市场信息，进行市场分析和竞争对手分析，为面料的开发提供市场依据。
- 根据客户需求，负责开发新面料，包括面料设计、面料选料、面料加工和面料整理等环节。
- 参与面料的采购，并对供应商进行开发评估，确保面料的质量和稳定性。
- 定期汇报面料的开发和生产情况，向领导做出汇报。
岗位要求：
- 5年以上面料开发经验，有大型纺织企业背景者优先； 职位要求：
- 熟悉面料的开发流程，具有较强的原料、配方和缝制等工艺过程的控制能力；
- 熟悉面料的采购流程，具有较强的供应链管理能力；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具有较强的分析、解决问题的能力；
