Position: Quality Engineer


Overall requirements
Develops policies, procedures and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations. Uses reliability techniques to make recommendations. Develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures, quality audits/reviews, process reengineering, etc. Provides technical and reliability support.

Professional with significant knowledge within own discipline and knowledge of related disciplines, completing specialized and/or moderately complex tasks under moderate supervision. May supervise employees, focused on task performance and delivery of specialized processes.
• Requires conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and developing knowledge of related job disciplines.
• Has developed a detailed understanding of key business drivers through multiple years of experience.
• May supervise or act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job responsibility
Responsible for managing the laboratory's testing reliability: ensure testing method in compliance with global method and procedures. This role will also have responsibilities for maintaining plant quality management system.
Responsibilities:
• Work with PRP to develop the laboratory's new testing methods and implement ILU with Global labs;
• Work with the laboratory staff to ensure that all the equipment, materials, and reagents used are well-maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
• Trouble shooting of testing abnormal and deviation, investigate the measurement system including Operation, Method, Equipment, Sample and Environment.
• Generate, review, and approve lab reports, certificates of analysis, and other related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all lab activities and results.
• Routine maintain LIMS and SAP daily status review according to product release protocol.
• Support raw material and packaging material performance monitoring. Support quality engineer to develop raw material incoming inspection methods.
• Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Other task that assigned from quality Manager.
Qualification
• Education: Master or above major in chemical material science or related
• Working experience: 5 above years related working experience.
• Language: Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
