Job Description
1．Operate CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, mainly operating CNC lathes machines;
操作数控车床和数控铣床，主要操作数控车床；
2．Producing according to parts drawing and manufacturing process specification.
根据零件图纸和制造工艺规程加工生产加工零件；
3．Check process quality, collect raw materials and semi-finished products, prepare work fixture;
检查工序质量情况，领取胚料及半成品，准备工量夹具；
4．Program review and trial run, adjust parameters
程序复查并试运行，调整参数；
5．Conduct self- inspection for processed products and submit to relevant posts for re-inspection.
对加工产品进行自检并提交相关岗位复检；
6．Fill out original forms for various production processes
填写各类生产过程原始表单；
7．Daily inspection and maintenance of equipment
设备的日常检查和维护
8. Perform working according 5S standard and requirements.
做好岗位5S工作
9．Other tasks assigned by superiors.
上级交付的其他工作

1. Secondary technical education or above, major in CNC machining or relevant.
中技以上学历，数控机械加工类相关专业
2．At least 3 years working experience in machining center
3年以上数控车和数控铣操作经验
3．Proficient in the operation of CNC lathe and milling machine, and operate FANUC System Machining Center skillfully;
熟练掌握数控车床和数控铣床的操作，能熟练操作FANUC（法兰克）系统加工中心；
4．Understanding of machining parts drawings
认识机加工零部件图纸
5．Be able to operate simple parts programming, alignment coordinate, re-examination procedure, etc.
能进行简单的零件编程，找正坐标，复查程序等
6．Be able to correct selection of cutting tools, familiar with clamping methods, etc
能正确选用刀具，熟悉装夹方式等.
