职责描述:
1.Handle all technical inquiries through accurate and efficient research of crane history files, available systems and other technical documentations. Provide rework instruction in structure as customer request
2.Conduct first tier root cause analysis. Resolve repeated and critical issues in consultancy to COEs. Ensure management is kept abreast of key issues timely and maintain high customer satisfaction.
3.Will be the window for all overseas customer issues between customer and company.
4.Participate and support in field campaigns, bulletins, PIPs, IPD and other contact center initiatives when required.
5.To visit jobsite to coordinate customers issue and feedback
6.Train other team members and propose process improvement ideas to the management. Ensure all statistics are well-recorded and contact Center objectives are upkept at all times. Provide emergency support even during off-duty hours.
任职要求:
1.Moderate computer skills.
2.Good command in English
3.Must be physically fit and mentally sound.
4.Able to endure long working time and off-duty hour support on emergencies.
5.Able to support on-site requirement if necessary (Commissioning, repair, etc.)
6.Familiar with cad drawing
