岗   位1：销售工程师

招聘人数：1人

工资待遇：8000—18000元/月（具体薪资根据个人能力面议）

学历要求：大专及以上

专业要求：机械类相关专业

职位描述：

1. Achieve assigned sales target；

  实现分配的销售任务；

2. Draft and implement sales plans based on sales goals;

  根据销售目标起草销售计划并予以执行；

3. Perform market research, collect competitor information, and establish customer databases;

  履行市场调查、 收集竞争对手信息并建立客户数据库；

4. Establish and maintain customer relationships;

  建立并维护客户关系；

5. Promote the entire process of quotation, order follow-up, payment expediting, and product complaints;

  推进报价、订单跟进、货款催付及产品抱怨整个流程；

6.Develop new application markets and customer resources.

  开发新的应用市场和客户资源；

7.Sales Channel development and management.

  销售渠道的开发和管理；

8. Working assigned by superiors.

  上级交付的其他工作。

职位要求：

1. College degree or above, major in relevant mechanical engineering； 

  大专及以上学历，机械类相关专业或理工科专业；

2. At least 2 years of sales experience in mechanical manufacturing industry； 

  2年以上机械制造行业销售工作经验；

3. Good command of oral and written communication in English；

  良好的英文听、说、读、写能力；

4. Familiar with the mechanical transmission market.

  熟悉机械传动市场；

5. Excellent sales skill.

  优秀的销售技巧；

6．More proactive, excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

  积极主动，优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

7. Able to work under pressure and travel frequently.

  能承受工作压力并经常出差；
